Digital downloads (cookbooks, activity packs, printables): All sales are final — digital products can't be returned. If your download doesn't work, reach out and we'll get you a fresh link.

Farm products (eggs, firewood): If your order isn't right, tell us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.
